Accounts and passwords
Sign in or request a password reset. New accounts sign in immediately after signup. A welcome email with an optional sign-in link is sent separately; you do not need to wait for it. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder. Never share your password.
Membership, cancellation and refunds
Open your account to manage billing or see membership status. Request a full refund within seven days of a payment through refund controls. Read the refund policy before deleting your account.
Privacy and deletion
See the privacy policy and cookies and storage notice. You can close your Makerloom membership through Delete account. Shared sign-in for other apps remains separate.
Keeping your designs
Save a downloaded project backup before clearing site data or changing devices. Designs stored in one browser do not automatically appear on a different computer. Keep a copy of the original project and record your machine/profile and material settings when asking about an export.
