When does the free trial start?
Your seven-day trial starts after you complete subscription checkout with a payment method. Creating a login alone does not start it. After the trial, your plan renews automatically at $5 USD/month or $40 USD/year until canceled.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel renewal in your account’s Manage billing controls. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. Request a full refund within seven days of each payment, including renewals. A refund does not cancel future renewal. Read the complete policy.
Are taxes extra?
No additional tax is added to the displayed $5 monthly or $40 yearly price. Taxes are included.
Will this work with my CNC or laser?
Machine profiles and file formats vary. Makerloom includes an M2 router workflow and additional CNC/laser export settings, but every machine/profile combination has not been hardware-tested. Review the exported file in your own machine software before running it.
Where are my designs saved?
Designs and browser backups are saved in that browser, separated by account. Download project backups to keep a portable copy. Clearing site data or changing devices can remove access to local designs.
