Makerloom Studios is provided by ClassPlaybook LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy describes the information used to provide makerloomstudio.com and the studio. It covers Makerloom, rather than unrelated products using the same sign-in provider.
1. Information we use
- Account information: your email address, provider-assigned account ID, provider account status, and login/session information. Email ownership is not required to be verified before a new signup can sign in. Your password is submitted to our authentication provider through the sign-in flow; Makerloom does not store a readable password in its application database.
- Membership and billing: your selected plan, subscription and customer identifiers, trial/payment timestamps, payment status, refund requests, and relevant invoice/refund identifiers. Stripe handles payment details. Makerloom does not store full card numbers.
- Security and operations: request timestamps, route/status information, device/browser or network information available to hosting providers, account-closing records, and rate-limit counters. Authentication rate limits use hashes of IP addresses and email addresses. Hosting and authentication providers may separately process raw network information.
- Messages: information you choose to provide when asking for help or requesting a refund. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed.
2. Your designs and imported files
The current editor processes designs and imports in your browser. Saved designs, imported fonts, artwork libraries, backups, and preferences are stored locally in that browser, separated by your Makerloom account. They are not a cloud-sync library. Importing artwork into the editor does not, by itself, upload it to a Makerloom project database.
Download backups before clearing site data, deleting an account, switching browsers, or changing devices. Someone with access to your browser profile or device may be able to read local data. Names included in a sign become part of your design; avoid adding personal details you do not want in downloaded or shared files.
3. How we use information
We use information to verify sign-in, provide account and membership access, apply trial limits, process billing/refunds, respond to requests, detect abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not add advertising trackers or sell your design files through this application.
4. Shared sign-in and service providers
Makerloom uses Supabase for authentication through a shared sign-in service also used by Fuelmora. The same email/password identity can sign in to those apps. Changing the shared password affects that identity across the apps; it does not combine their projects or memberships. A subscription to another app does not unlock Makerloom.
We use hosting and infrastructure services to deliver the website and store Makerloom account records, and Stripe when billing is enabled. Providers process information needed to deliver their services and may have their own privacy practices. See Supabase privacy information, Stripe’s privacy policy, and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We may disclose necessary information to comply with lawful requests, protect rights and security, work with professional advisers, or transfer the service as part of a business transaction, subject to applicable protections. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies keep you signed in, return you to the right membership option, and complete account actions. Local browser storage holds your designs and preferences. We do not currently add optional marketing or advertising cookies. Blocking essential storage may stop login or saving from working. See the cookies and storage notice.
6. Retention and account deletion
Account information is kept while needed to provide the service. When you close your Makerloom account, its membership profile is removed and the subscription is canceled. Some payment, refund, dispute, and minimal security/account-closing records remain for the purposes above. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations; deletion does not erase legally required financial records.
Deleting Makerloom access does not delete the shared sign-in used by other apps. Browser designs remain on your device unless you choose the account deletion option to clear that account’s Makerloom browser data, or remove them through browser settings. Downloaded files are under your control.
7. Your choices and requests
You can reset your password, cancel renewal, request a refund, or close your Makerloom account through account controls. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive certain personal information, or object to some processing. Contact us through Help & contact; we may need to verify your identity. We will handle applicable requests according to the law that applies to you. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator.
8. Security and children
We use access controls and other safeguards, but no service or device can guarantee absolute security. Makerloom is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account for a child. If you believe a child supplied account information, contact us so we can investigate.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date appears above. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
Email classplaybook2026@gmail.com for account help, privacy requests, or questions about these policies. Never send a password, full card number, or machine access credentials.
